A. I agree. It doesn't matter what low income is because anyone can get aid in the form of low interest student loans. Just be sure you use the DR tax forms to report how much your parents earnings were for 2008 and be sure you correctly convert them to US dollars.

What is considered to be a "chronic" duration for accutane usage?
Q. I have heard that accutane can prematurely fuse the epiphyseal plates (growth plates) in patients who are still growing. However from all of the information I have read from various medical sites, they all say that this is an uncommon side effect that only happens when people take higher than normal doses and fro "chronic" durations of time. I wanted to ask if anyone else would know, what length of time is considered to be "chronic" for isotretinoin... 6 months...18 motnhs,, couple years?

A. I took Accutane for a year as a teenager, which is pretty normal. My pediatrician's son took 4 courses of Accutane, over 6 years. I assume this is what they mean when they say chronic.

What is considered leaving the scene of an accident?
Q. I was involved in an auto accident on the 31st of May and after the collision I remained stopped, but the other driver kept moving. He did, however, eventually stop and backed up. I have a witness to testify to this. The police report does not include this information, but I did tell her. I am just wondering if this is considered leaving the scene or not. Thanks!

A. No, that would not be considered leaving the scene. The person might have been looking for a place to park, and backed up when they realized there was no other place to stop.
