A. That really depends on what you're going to do. It would be like asking a carpenter what is the best tool to have in your toolbox. If all you have is a hammer, then everything begins to look like nails. Honestly, the first part of programming has nothing to do with the language, but with skills in logical thinking. For instance, suppose you learn C#. You can learn HOW to loop through a sequence of commands, but that doesn't teach you WHEN or WHY you would do that. The language you select won't help you one bit if you need to sort a list of names, or design a database to store those names in. These are "programming" skills that need to be learned prior to ever learning a language. And then the language skills will come later,… [cont.]
